ABOUT ROOTS:

Roots Primary School desires to always lead with love and put our students needs and wellbeing first. We desire to give each student and family the absolute best early learning experience possible.

We are currently looking for experienced and committed individuals to join our team as Lead Teacher, Aide I or II and Substitutes.

RELC:

-Is a PBIS/Trauma Informed center.

-Leads with love in all things and believes that love should always be the loudest thing in the room.

-Creates individual learning plans for students and partners with families in challenging situations to uphold the belief that parents are the guiding voice in their child’s life.

-Is a small, intimate center, that runs at a 7:1 student to teacher ratio and a maximum classroom size of 14 students.

-Believes in building relationships before building knowledge.

-Believes in fostering healthy skills and independence in our children.

-Believes that our children can do hard things and works to build up strong social/emotional skills for being a life long learner.

We are looking for individuals who share our heart for our young ones to partner with us and build up the next generation.
